About the Author
Jerry (Ezra) Glantz, the son of Miriam and Leib Glantz, was born in Hollywood, California in 1945. The Glantz family realized its Zionist dream by immigrating to the newly declared independent State of Israel in 1954, and settled in the city of Tel Aviv.
 
Jerry served as an officer in the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), and studied towards a B.A. in Political Science and Labor Economics, a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Political Science. He is currently a researcher and lecturer on Terrorism and Middle East affairs.
 
After serving as an executive in the Israeli Bank Hapoaalim, Glantz founded two economic entities: medical high tech (Israel), and agricultural high tech/farming (Bahamas).
 
Jerry Glantz was honored to represent the United States as an athlete in the 1976 Montreal Summer Olympic Games. He is also an accomplished aircraft pilot.
 
He is the proud father of Shani (movie actress and singer in L.A.) and Tomer (singer and songwriter in Israel).
